How To Make Polycarboxylate Superplasticizer?

Reaction Process For HPEG

Raw Material

Base Material: HPEG 340 g, Water 300g

Solution : crylic acid 46g, Vitamin C 0.6g, thiohydracrylic acid 2.5g

Water 51, Mixed

Porcess:

Foundation Fully Mixed
Add in order H2O2 (35%) 2.5g, fully Mixed (5 minutes)
Add Solution ( 2.5 Hrs Finish) by drops
Keep Warm for 1Hr after finishing the drops.
Add 260g Water and fully mixed for 10 mins.
Done

Reaction Process For TPEG

Raw Material

Foundation: TPEG 337.5 g, Water 280g

Solution 1: thiohydracrylic acid 2g, Vitamin C 0.66g, Water 106, Mixed

Solution 2: crylic acid 13.5g, hydroxyethyl acrylate 31g, Water 33.4g Mixed

Porcess:

Foundation Fully Mixed
Add in order crylic acid 6.8g, hydroxyethyl acrylate 15.5g, thiohydracrylic acid 1g, Fully Mixed
Add 35% purity 3g Hydrogen Peroxide H2O2, Fully Mixed for 5 mins.
Add Solution 1 ( 3.5 Hrs Finish) and 2( 3 Hrs Finish) by drops at the same time.
Keep Warm for 1.5 Hr
Add 200g Water and fully mixed for 10 mins.
