泰安市質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局 Description: 泰安市質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督局的職能如下：
（一）貫徹執(zhí)行國(guó)家、省有關(guān)質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督工作的方針、政策和法律、法規(guī)，依法開展行政許可工作；組織依法查處違反有關(guān)質(zhì)量技術(shù)監(jiān)督法律法規(guī)的行為。
（二）管理和指導(dǎo)質(zhì)量工作。組織擬定、實(shí)施質(zhì)量規(guī)劃和有關(guān)政策措施，并對(duì)實(shí)施情況進(jìn)行檢查考核；推進(jìn)實(shí)施名牌戰(zhàn)略，規(guī)范社會(huì)質(zhì)量評(píng)價(jià)活動(dòng)；組織開展各種質(zhì)量管理活動(dòng)；推行質(zhì)量責(zé)任制度；負(fù)責(zé)對(duì)較大產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量事故的調(diào)查；規(guī)范管理工程設(shè)備監(jiān)理活動(dòng)；組織對(duì)縣（市、區(qū)）實(shí)行質(zhì)量工作和打假工作行政領(lǐng)導(dǎo)責(zé)任制情況的考核。
（三）管理質(zhì)量監(jiān)督工作。依法組織實(shí)施產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量監(jiān)督檢查制度；統(tǒng)一規(guī)劃?rùn)z驗(yàn)檢測(cè)機(jī)構(gòu)，依法對(duì)質(zhì)量檢驗(yàn)機(jī)構(gòu)授權(quán)和監(jiān)督管理；管理產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量仲裁檢驗(yàn)和鑒定工作；承擔(dān)工業(yè)產(chǎn)品生產(chǎn)許可證有關(guān)管理工作，查處無證生產(chǎn)等違反行為；組織打擊生產(chǎn)領(lǐng)域假冒偽劣等違反活動(dòng)，組織實(shí)施規(guī)定牽頭的專項(xiàng)打假工作；負(fù)責(zé)防偽技術(shù)措施的監(jiān)督管理工作。
（四）統(tǒng)一管理標(biāo)準(zhǔn)化工作。組織實(shí)施國(guó)家標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、行業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和地方標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，對(duì)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的實(shí)施進(jìn)行監(jiān)督；組織制定農(nóng)業(yè)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)規(guī)范；推行采用國(guó)際標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和國(guó)外先進(jìn)標(biāo)準(zhǔn)；負(fù)責(zé)企業(yè)產(chǎn)品標(biāo)準(zhǔn)備案、登記工作；承擔(dān)組織機(jī)構(gòu)代碼和商品條碼有關(guān)管理工作。
( 五)統(tǒng)一管理計(jì)量工作。推行法定計(jì)量單位和國(guó)家計(jì)量制度；建立社會(huì)公用計(jì)量標(biāo)準(zhǔn)和計(jì)量校準(zhǔn)網(wǎng)絡(luò)，組織管理量值傳遞（溯源）及強(qiáng)制檢定工作；監(jiān)督管理計(jì)量器具的制造、修理、進(jìn)口、銷售和使...
