Description: 人們?nèi)绻狈Y源享有社會(huì)上一般人的慣常生活方式，享有相類的生活水平，便算是生活在相對(duì)貧窮中。因此，「相對(duì)貧窮」在很大程度上反映了社會(huì)資源分配不平等的狀況。以相對(duì)貧窮去量度貧窮的至大好處是其簡(jiǎn)單易行，因?yàn)槠淞慷确椒ㄍǔＪ遣捎蒙鐣?huì)上個(gè)人收入中位數(shù)的一個(gè)比率。例如經(jīng)濟(jì)合作及發(fā)展組織采用的貧窮指標(biāo)以等值收入少于平均或入息中位數(shù)的百分之五十來界定貧窮。不過，由于所量度的只是收入，并未能充份顧及貧困人士的消費(fèi)需要。例如，政府和非政府組織所提供非收入形式的福利項(xiàng)目，并無(wú)計(jì)算在內(nèi)。同時(shí)，社會(huì)上對(duì)于采用收入中位數(shù)的什么比率(例如百分之五十，百分之六十)以界定貧窮亦有多種不同聲音。...
