2011-05-27 11:01:59201110134401.2吊車吊鉤偏角激光顯示與監視設置。本發明是用不同色的、反映吊鉤偏角的激光光束與始終鉛垂方位的基準激光光束相比較，動態顯示吊鉤偏角的方向、大小，既準確、鮮明且簡單，是吊車監控技術的重大變革。其作法是，將經球絞連接的基準激光發生器，裝設于與吊鉤聯接的動滑輪組護板外側的下方，將吊鉤偏角激光發生器，裝設于動滑輪組護板外側的上方，當吊鉤偏角0o時，吊鉤偏角激光發生器朝下發射的激光光束，和基準激光發生器鉛垂朝上發射的激光光束相合，若二者激光光束分別為紅色和蘭色，則當吊鉤偏角0o時，紅色與蘭色相混發出紫光，當吊鉤產生偏角時，蘭色激光光束則偏離紅色的基準激光光束，紅、蘭分明顯示出偏角的方向、大小，并經無線攝象頭、接收機將激光光束圖象，再現于操作室的屏幕上，作為司機草作依據，以實現垂直吊裝。 本發明專利問世，將結束司機無法判斷抬吊作業以及部分單機吊裝作業時，其吊鉤是否處于垂直狀態的歷史，開創出既適合于所有單機吊裝作業，也適合于抬吊作業，回避不垂直吊裝風險的新一代吊車，期望有實力、有志向的吊車制造廠商通過專利權轉讓，向國際申請專利，問鼎世界！歡迎有意向者來電商議。
