連云港墻體材料革新與建筑節(jié)能管理辦公室 Description: 連云港市墻體材料革新與建筑節(jié)能管理辦公室（簡稱市墻革節(jié)能辦）是連云港市墻材革新與建筑節(jié)能工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組的常設(shè)機(jī)構(gòu)，是市建委直屬事業(yè)單位。市墻革節(jié)能辦負(fù)責(zé)貫徹國家和省有關(guān)墻材革新與建筑節(jié)能的法規(guī)、規(guī)章和政策，結(jié)合實(shí)際擬定我市政策措施并組織實(shí)施；編制本市墻材革新與建筑節(jié)能發(fā)展規(guī)劃及年度計(jì)劃；承擔(dān)墻材革新與建筑節(jié)能工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組組織協(xié)調(diào)的日常工作；負(fù)責(zé)新型墻體材料專項(xiàng)基金的征收使用和管理工作；負(fù)責(zé)墻材革新與建筑節(jié)能監(jiān)督管理的日常工作；負(fù)責(zé)組織墻材革新與建筑節(jié)能信息交流、技術(shù)培訓(xùn)，統(tǒng)計(jì)報(bào)表和目標(biāo)考核工作；負(fù)責(zé)對區(qū)縣墻體材料革新與建筑節(jié)能 管理機(jī)構(gòu)的業(yè)務(wù)指導(dǎo)和督促檢查；負(fù)責(zé)市人民政府、市墻材革新與建筑節(jié)能工作領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組和市建委交辦的其他工作...
